Judging
Entries that want to be judged need to be in place at OSRAM no later than 3:30pm. Your entry should arrive no later than 3:00pm to guarantee that you will be in place before judging begins.
Judging begins at approximately 3:45pm. The Parade Committee can not guarantee judging if your entry arrives later than 3:30pm.
